The gloomy weather did little to dampen the excitement that filled the Volkswagen showroom the morning headed down to see the ID.5!
It may have been a wet and gloomy morning, but the weather certainly did little to damper the excitement of all who attended out latest Mycarforum hangout with Volkswagen Singapore!
This time, attendees to the event got to get up close with the firm's ID.5 and the ID.5 GTX.

One of the host of all-electric vehicles recently launched here by Volkswagen Singapore, the ID.5 and ID.5 GTX both offer style aplenty with their swanky coupe SUV silhouettes and charming new design language.
But style is not all that is offered by the two new cars, as they both come with plenty of practical touches as well. These include, for example, a voluminous 549-litre boot, a flat floor so all rear passengers can sit comfortably, as well as a handy 77kWh battery, which translates into a total range of 556km for the ID.5 and a total range of 533km for the ID.5 GTX.
Attendees to the event, of course, left more than familiar with all these figures, thanks to an intimate product sharing session about both cars from Mr. Ernie Chua, Senior Trainer at Volkswagen Group Singapore.
All who attended the event also got to learn more about the Volkswagen brand and both cars from Mr. Ernie Chua, Senior Trainer at Volkswagen Group Singapore, and Mr. Desmond Chan, Sgcarmart's very own Editorial Manager
And they also got to head more about some of the more impressive features and strengths of both vehicles from Sgcarmart's very own Editorial Manager, Mr. Desmond Chan.
Following which, attendees then got to take both cars out for test drives for themselves, so they got to witness just how spacious and quiet the cabins of both cars are when out on the road.
And of course, there was the usual contest that saw attendees competing to answer a host of questions related to the cars, with those who answered the greatest number of questions correctly walking away from the morning's event with a host of exclusive Volkswagen merchandise!
Test drives were also available for all who wanted to experience the quiet drive and instantaneous torque that Volkswagen's electric SUVs have to offer
