Rolls-Royce welcomes new intake of apprentices

Rolls-Royce has welcomed its latest intake of apprentices.
Numbering 31 in total, these apprentices are set to spend between two to four years at the firm’s Centre of Luxury Manufacturing Excellence and will work with various teams and departments across the business including the Interior Trim Centre, Technical Assembly, Sewing, Interior Surface Centre, as well as the Exterior Surface Centre, and Assembly and Test and Finish amongst others. This year also sees Apprenticeship opportunities extended to new areas including Data Analytics and Product Development for the first time.
The new starters bring the total number of apprentices currently training at the Home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood to 98. Applications for the 2025 Future Talent programme at Rolls-Royce will open in early October for graduate positions, with apprenticeship recruitment beginning in January.
